Account details you provide at sign-up (name, email); order details (products ordered, payment proof uploads, delivery information such as a domain or LinkedIn profile URL); support and contact messages; and standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and analytics.
How we use your data
We use your data to create and manage your account, verify payments, deliver products and lead lists, provide order support, send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notices), respond to enquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Lead list data
Our lead lists contain professional contact data collected from publicly available or event-sourced information. We deliver this data for B2B outreach purposes. Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable outreach, privacy and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and similar regulations) in their own campaigns.
Third-party processors
We use trusted processors to operate the service, including our hosting and database infrastructure and our transactional email provider (Resend). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. Product names such as Google, LinkedIn and Asana belong to their respective owners; we are not an official reseller, partner or affiliate of those companies.
Data retention & security
We retain order and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide support, honour warranties and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
