The terms that govern orders placed with Mapdad.
The service
Mapdad provides discounted digital products (including Google Workspace, Asana Advanced and LinkedIn Sales Navigator plans), conference attendee lead lists, and GTM automation services. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Independent provider — not an official reseller
Mapdad is not an official reseller, partner or affiliate of Google, LinkedIn, Asana or any other brand mentioned on this site, for any of the products offered. All product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. We help B2B teams, agencies and GTM engineers access discounted resources through promotions, official offers, special promos and referral-based offers. For Google Workspace, we purchase Workspace access with domain from nonprofit organisations. For any compliance questions, other issues, or content removal requests, please report them via our contact page.
What you are paying for
Mapdad does not sell software subscriptions directly. The prices shown are service fees for sourcing, facilitating and activating discounted offers, promotions, special deals and referral-based pricing on your behalf. For Google Workspace, this service includes contacting nonprofit organisations to purchase Workspace access with domain and transferring that access to your team. The actual subscription or product remains the property of and is ultimately provided by the relevant third-party platform.
Orders & payment
Orders are placed through your dashboard. Payment is completed by bank transfer or another method shown at checkout, and you upload payment proof on the order page. Fulfilment begins once our team verifies the payment. Prices shown are service fees in USD unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered on your order page and confirmed by email. Delivery times vary by product and are described on each product page. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (such as your domain, admin email or LinkedIn profile URL).
Warranties & replacements
Where a product page states a warranty (for example, a six-month replacement warranty on Google Workspace plans), we will replace the product if it stops working within that period for reasons outside your control. Warranties do not cover issues caused by your misuse, policy violations on your account, or changes you make against our setup guidance.
Acceptable use
You must use purchased products and lead data lawfully. For lead lists, you are responsible for compliance with applicable outreach, privacy and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and similar regulations). We may refuse service where we reasonably believe use would be unlawful.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and fulfilment costs are incurred once provisioning begins, completed deliveries are generally non-refundable. If we cannot deliver your order, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Warranty replacements follow the warranty terms above.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mapdad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms (such as changes to Google's, LinkedIn's or Asana's terms, pricing or programmes). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its publication date.
